Tochukwu “Tochi” Okereke is the founder of Careerlinkk Digital Ventures Limited — a Lagos-based digital ventures company shipping SaaS for African SMEs.
His path is uncommon: years studying Biochemistry and time working in pharmacy operations. That ground-level view of inventory chaos, expiry risk, and compliance pressure is why RxGain exists — and it shapes how every Careerlinkk product is built.
Xpens (SME finance, invoicing, and payroll) and ConnectCare AI (WhatsApp & Telegram support with RAG) came from the same place: problems Nigerian businesses actually face, not pitch-deck theories.
Alongside shipping product, Tochi studies CCNA and cybersecurity in public — sharing the journey on LinkedIn and X. At Careerlinkk, clients talk to the person writing the code.
